Refund policy

Refunds/Exchanges are generally not accepted. Each listing provides pictures as well as measurements, so buyer is to do due diligence.

If your package is lost or stolen and was covered by insurance, we as the seller will file a claim for the insurance payout! This process will usually take a few days to a week. There may be additional items we need from you such as pictures of the damaged items and packaging, so don't throw anything away!!

**ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS/REFUNDS due to buyers remorse, or you decide you don't like it or don't want it after receiving it. You will have plenty of chances to ask for multiple pictures and videos of items you wish to purchase, and we are happy to oblige!!
