Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, and include tracking. All orders are sent via USPS, UPS, DHL, or Fedex including International orders.

For First Class Packages tracking is included, however insurance is NOT. If you wish to add insurance, please let us know! It's only a couple dollars and will cover your package in the instance it is lost or damaged! If you do not wish to add insurance, **we are not liable for lost or damaged items**

Priority Mail tracking is included, as well as up to $100 of insurance coverage. If you wish to add additional insurance, please let us know! Same deal as above!

UPS (price varies) tracking is included, and as we are newer with using them, I believe up to $100 worth of insurance coverage is included for lost or damaged items. If you wish to add additional insurance, please let us know! Same deal as point 6!

Just to reiterate, if you do not add additional insurance to cover your parcel, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

For International Orders, buyer must pay exact shipping. This is based on weight and usually starts around $18usd.
